The Metric System has been adopted by most of the world but in The US it never really caught on. that said, there are a few major measurements that can be made in metric. the primary sizes are as such;
- meter – length
- gram – mass
- kilogram
- Celsius – temp
- candela – luminosity
- liter – volume
